🔹 How I Work as Child Psychologist with Kids, Children and Teens

My therapeutic approach is always age-appropriate, warm, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where young people feel comfortable expressing themselves. I use play-based, creative, and interactive techniques for Kids, younger children, and more reflective, collaborative approaches with adolescents.

I work closely with parents when appropriate, while also respecting the kids, child’s or teenager’s need for privacy and autonomy in the therapeutic process.

My psychology methods for children integrates:

  • Emotion regulation strategies

  • Play and expressive techniques

  • Cognitive and systemic tools

  • Trauma-informed approaches (including EMDR)

Each kid, child and adolescent is unique – and so is the path we follow in therapy.

Please note: Therapy for kids and young children is exclusively in person, as direct contact is essential to building trust and responding to their developmental needs.

Starting therapy early can have a long-lasting positive impact on a child’s emotional and social development. If you’re concerned about your kid, child or teenager, getting professional support is a caring and proactive step.
